Q1:What is your option for small orders ?
A:Acctually we can accept the min order quantity at any quantity.Just the price will be different as the produce cost will be shared by the quantity.
Q2:How about your lead time to send sample? How about sample charge?
A:Generally around 1-2 working days to send sample. Sample fee depend on the design. For stock samples need, we will not charge the fee and clients are expected to pay for freight only; We will charge the fee for developing new sample that called custom-made samples, and sample fee will be refunded to you if committed bulk order placed.
Q3:What is the shipping methods?
A:DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea, by air etc
Q4:What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site?
